At the top of left of the screen, you'll now see a helpful tips section which will give information about the site, blogs, and suggestions for your finances such as showing you when you have a bill or income that is overdue.
We've added a drop menu when hovering your mouse over the tabs to allow you to quickly go to a sub-page within a tab instead of having to go to the main page for each tab first.
We've added a new tab titled "Support Center". In addition we've integrated a new Knowledge Base to help you get to useful information. We will be continually adding to this page as questions come in and new features are implemented throughout the site.
We've replaced the Income Statement link on the left side of the page with the Category Summary page. From there, you can click on Income Statement in the top bar or click the Business tab and click more... to get the Income Statement. Additionally, we've improved the performance of the Income Statement page so you should see faster loading times for viewing your category total amounts. Each of the category summary amounts are now links that will take you to the transaction entered for that category and date range by updating the transaction filter at the top of the My Transactions page.
We've updated the iPhone and iPad app with a new version. This covers a fix to the login page as well as the ability to now enter your Tasks and sync them up with the BudgetTracker website.
You can now change the color of each of your tabs. This will also change the color schema for all pages under that tab. We've also added some new colors to try out.
You now have the ability to delete all transactions in an account easily by going to My Transactions and clicking the "Delete All" link at the bottom of each accounts transactions.
We've updated the Balance Account option to now allow you to either create a new transaction of the difference or adjust the opening balance. If you have entered a starting balance that does not match your actual starting bank balance, you may want to choose this new option instead. Additionally, when importing a QIF file, you will now be able to enter in your existing balance to make sure the balance after your transactions have been imported matches up with the bank.
With the release of our new iPad, we've also just release our new home page which highlights our mobile applications as well as quick info about our blogs.
