We've added a new channel to report issues found on the site. At the top right of the screen you'll now see "Report Issue" where you can specify if it's a bug, new idea, or just a general question. Then at the bottom of each page you'll see a "My Reported Issues" link. While you can continue to use the Message Boards for issues, if you have data sensitive information to help us track down the issue, you can use this way of communicating with us instead. Additionally, you'll also see an option for the status of the issue so you can see if it's been resolved or not. Comments will continue to be communicated through email but this will give a single place to check on if your issue was addressed or not.
We've added a new type of account called Gift Cards to the My Accounts page. This will get added to your Net Worth. In addition, we've also added a Gift Card section under More... to the mobile website. While the current accounts prevent only the last 4 of your account number, the gift card accounts will allow you to enter in the full gift card number so you can now have the number with you on your mobile device in case you leave your gift cards at home. You'll also be able to track how much is left on your gift cards.
We've added the income statement page to our mobile app. In addition, since we are starting to add more reporting to mobile, we've created a new directory on the mobile website titled Reporting.
We've updated the Balance Account option to make it easier to understand. Instead of forcing you to clear all transactions to bring your account balance up to date, we've change the checkbox to allow you to state if you want to include unreconciled transactions or not. By leaving this checked, your balance will be adjusted to the amount you enter. Additionally, if you are updating your balance on the My Accounts page and you want to adjust your balance for a future date, just change the "as of" date at the top of the page and this will get reflected as of the date you choose instead of the current date.
We've added your balance sheet to the mobile site under the more option. In addition, you can now filter out an account on the balance sheet on our website to see what your net worth would look like without an account.
We've added a few new features to the balance sheet. You'll now see a date picker at the top of the page to allow you to view your account balances based on a certain date. We've also added the ability to quickly update your account balances. The amounts are now clickable so that if you change the balance for a given account, your opening balance will get adjusted so that your current balance is up to date with the amount you've entered.
We've added a new page that will allow you to enter in withdrawal transactions throughout the day quickly. The first option is to use your phone and bookmark our new quick transaction page to your home screen. The other option is to add our new Chrome Extension. We have added some quick calculators to the site to help you determine how much you want to spend each month on your mortgage, car payment, student loan, or see how many payments will be needed to pay off a credit card. The data does not get saved but will help make a quick decision before adding your records to the site. You can access them by clicking on Calculators at the top of the My Credit Cards page.
We've updated the way the budget date works for editing or adding a new transaction. You will now see 3 options: Date of Transaction, Month Before Transaction Date, and Month After Transaction Date. If you have a need for additional months, please let us know but we've the majority of users just want to add it to the month after the date of the transaction. Additionally, you can now update your budget month selection on the Split Transaction page which wasn't available before.
We've implemented a Charts Module that will allow you to see a quick summary of your spending and account forecasting. To view, click on the update modules link and choose the Chart Summaries module.
