We've added a Transaction Forecast graph for the next three months to the bottom of the Transaction Forecast page. Note you must be a subscribed user to view graphs.
We've released the first phase of integrating CRM into the BudgetTracker system. From the Business tab, you can now save Clients, Vendors, Prospects, Leads, and Business Accounts and tie these in with your Contacts. We will also be integrating a Projections application later this month.
We are now supporting the ability to define daily scheduling for your Bills, Income, and Calendar Reminders. When updating or creating a new Bill, you will now see a Daily option where you can select how many day in between the bill should occur. This will automatically get carried over to your Calendar, Forecast, and Graphs.
We've added the ability to now filter out specific sub-categories when viewing graphs. To filter out a category, go to the Categories page and update a sub-category. You will now see an option to show/hide from graphs. This will only be applied to Budget vs Spent, Net Totals, and Income vs Expenses.
We now provide the ability to import your OFX files as well. This increases our import capabilities to now support CSV, QIF, OFX, Yodlee, and AutoSync. If you have any issues with OFX, please let us know.
We've added the ability to share your category names with your Social Group. This allows users in your group to easily add these categories to their Budget as well. Once added, you have the ability to make individual sub-categories shareable or not. The Social Groups is still in beta so we'll continue to improve on the functionality and how it works. To access, click on Organization > Social Groups and Create a new group for your family, friends, co-workers, or anyone on the BudgetTracker site.
You now have the ability to create bills or income items by updating your transaction or adding a new one. In the Add To dropdown, you will now see Bills/Income for both adding transactions and editing transactions. We'll take the amount, account, date, and payee and create a recurring monthly transaction based on the criteria of your transaction, then mark that transaction as the first paid transaction in that bill or income. If your transaction is deposit, it will get added to My Income, if an expense it will be added to My Bills. If you are transferring funds, it will enter a transfer Bill on the My Bills page.
You now have the ability to set a background color for your Budget items. Once set, this will also carry over to your Transactions so that if you set a colored category to a transaction, that transaction will also have the same background color. To access, click a budget link to update your budget category.
