We've added the ability to export your contacts now to Google, Outlook, or Mac. To access, either go to Download Data from Reports & Graphs in the Navigation menu or go to the Contacts page and click Export Contacts.
Subscribed users can now split your transactions in up to 30 entries per transaction. To access, you'll now see an "add more" link at the bottom of the split transaction page.
We've updated the My Income page to now allow you to split your income items up to 10 ways for limited users and up to 30 splits for subscribed users. You will now see an "add more items" link when splitting an Income item.
We've added the ability to be able to collapse and expand your My Budget categories. Once collapsed, the setting will get saved for the next time you visit the My Budget page.
We've added the ability to now be able to convert an existing transaction from a Withdrawal/Deposit to a Transfer. To do so, update your transaction and choose the Type dropdown and choose "Transfer". This will open up a from/to dropdown and an account dropdown. Once updated, you'll see an additional transaction created in the account you've chosen. When updating the Date, Amount, or Payee, these will also update the tied transfer transaction.
We've revisited an older request and added the ability to receive an Inbox Notification when a new reply is added to a Message Board topic that you created. The message will contain a link to the topic thread.
We've added a new application to the Beta Applications page titled "Rebates" to allow you to keep track of the Expired Date of any rebates you have. To access, click Beta Applications from the Navigation menu and add it to your list of applications.
We've added a new theme to the dropdown in the upper right corner titled "Kids/Basic". This gives you a very basic and simplistic way to track your budget and transactions. The first thing you'll notice is to enter transactions, you instead select the "Action" dropdown and choose "I spent money" or "I made money". Most fields are then automatically entered in for the user so you only need the Payee, Amount, and Category. This is however still tied to your standard account so if you would like to further customize the options, you can switch back to the Simple or Advanced theme.
If you're a parent and would lke to get your child started, first create a new account for them and then switch to "Kids/Basic". The first screen you'll then see is the setup wizard where you can start entering in common child budget amounts from pre-defined categories or switch templates to "Custom" if you'd like to add your own. You'll also see Chores from the Actions menu to allow you child to keep track of if they took out the Garbage or not. If you have ideas on how we can improve this to make it easy for Kids to track their budget, please email us at service@budgettracker.com.
You now have the ability to import your contacts from Outlook, Google Contacts, or Mac. To do so, export your contacts to a vCard and follow the Import Contacts link on the My Contacts page.
