We've added a new page titled Budget Envelopes Beta. This allows you to now carry over your entries on the My Income page and have them show up as columns at the top of the page. You can then drill down into each row and assign portions of your budget to individual Income items. In addition, we'll calculate for you how many columns get shown based on how many recurrences are in the month for that income item. This is still in beta so your feedback and ideas for addons would be appreciated. Some future addons will include:
Ability to update an amount that does not get carried over to all months.
Weekly Budgeting - ability to set start and end dates of Income Entries to show similar to how Weekly and Custom works on the Standard setting.
We've added in a new bar and pie chart showing the last 4 months of transaction history for any given category. To access, either select Category History from the Reports & Graphs section or click the categories on the Income Statement page.
We've updated the My Budget page to now point spent transaction amounts to the search transactions page filtering on the budget category you've chosen. This will give you a total list of transactions with the total amount of all transactions shown instead of by account on the My Transactions page. To filter by category on the My Transactions page, you can choose the Filter dropdown at the top and select the category you want to view.
We've added the ability to export your contacts now to Google, Outlook, or Mac. To access, either go to Download Data from Reports & Graphs in the Navigation menu or go to the Contacts page and click Export Contacts.
Subscribed users can now split your transactions in up to 30 entries per transaction. To access, you'll now see an "add more" link at the bottom of the split transaction page.
We've updated the My Income page to now allow you to split your income items up to 10 ways for limited users and up to 30 splits for subscribed users. You will now see an "add more items" link when splitting an Income item.
We've added the ability to be able to collapse and expand your My Budget categories. Once collapsed, the setting will get saved for the next time you visit the My Budget page.
We've added the ability to now be able to convert an existing transaction from a Withdrawal/Deposit to a Transfer. To do so, update your transaction and choose the Type dropdown and choose "Transfer". This will open up a from/to dropdown and an account dropdown. Once updated, you'll see an additional transaction created in the account you've chosen. When updating the Date, Amount, or Payee, these will also update the tied transfer transaction.
