Thank you for the feedback. Did you ensure that the account type was set back to credit card? Since after each entry it gets reset back to "Select Type". Also if you navigate back to the My Accounts page now and select "Credit Card", does the Add to Bills checkbox appear?

Add Credit Card to Bills
I began setting up my credit card accounts, and on the first one there was a checkbox for adding the card to bills - however, subsequent ones did not have this checkbox in the interface and I do not see where I can change this now. Please help!
