Thanks for the feedback. This brings up a good idea though. A daily journal is a good idea for an application which may differ a bit from the Project Planner.

Re:Fitness Journal
You know, I can just use Project Planner for this -- it has all the right fields, and the project name can just be "Fitness."

Fitness Journal
I'd like to see a "Fitness Journal" application -- something broader than the more specialized "Work Out" and "Weight Loss" apps. It would allow users, if they desire, to set daily, weekly, or monthly goals of any kind -- push-ups, breakfast, water consumption, weight, inspirational reading, swimming laps, sleep, etc. It's main function would be as a record of each day's activities or progress. What I'm thinking for fields on the entry form would be: "Subject/Activity" (the title) (perhaps as a customizable drop-down list with a few standard categories such as Sleep, Water Intake, Weight, Walk/Run/Cycle, Motivation, Fruit/Vegetables, etc.), "Goal" (with a drop-down list for Daily, Weekly, Monthly), "Recurrence" yes/no check box (with recurrence pattern and Start Date and End Date), a "What I Did Today" textbox, and a "Notes" box. The Fitness Journal Forecast table would then allow the user to see not only the goal for each Subject/Activity but what he or she has done every day.
