As a temporary solution, you can override your Budget amount to what it should be. The way the current system works, we create an override on the first of each month. However we are changing this so that it automatically updates future months based on the starting month of your budget and transactions entered for each month so you see it immediately instead of waiting for the first.

Thank you for that help. I changed it over to monthly and it worked. I just have one more question now and I should be good. How do I get my left over balance for the month to move over to the next month. It shows up in my transactions page but not my current months budget. So my correct balance is only in the My Transactions page. But the My Budget page is short the left over income from the previous month. Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback. After looking into this, we're showing that this item is setup as a bimonthly budget which is why you're not seeing spent transactions show up in February. As far as the $0 amount, this item doesn't have a budget amount set yet. This is either caused by the amount not getting entered when the budget was created, or if you created an income item under My Income, then deleted the Income recurrence, the category will still show up in your budget but has no Income to be tied to anymore. To resolve this, you can either update your budget item by clicking on the budget name and entering an amount and changing the recurrence to "monthly" instead of "bimonthly" or create a new My Income entry and then under the category dropdown, select your current budget category and make sure "Tie to Budget" is checked. This will then get carried over to the My Budget page for you.

Income Transaction not carrying over and deposits not recording for next month?
I started my budget on Jan. 3rd and had no problem putting in my husband's paychecks. They recorded and showed up just fine. However, I'm finding that since we've gone into February, I get a message saying that "$0.00 due till March", or something like that and the income will show up in my transactions and I can get a remainder that is correct in there, but no income is showing up on my Budget page?? So my balance won't show up. Also none of my balances are carrying over to the next month in my other categories. I was over in a few of my categories in January so would that be why? But what about the whole income transactions not showing up on my Budget page? I would really like to see on my Budget page when I scroll down what my balance really is so I know how much money is left over for the time being. Am I able to add more income amounts and will they show up on the Budget page also. Sorry if this sounds confusing but its confusing me why they won't show up. Thank you.
