This feature is now available from the Invoice page. The received user will need to register on the BudgetTracker site to view the invoices you send. Please click the below link for more information on the new features.

cool, thanks, I still don't understand the invoice stuff, though. I thought it would be able to make an invoice like to send to a customer? but it doesn't sound like it? it would be wonderful if I could use this program for all my invoicing! you guys have obviously put a TON of work into this program, and I really appreciate where it seems like you're going with it.

Thank you for the feedback and yes, we're constantly reviewing organization since there are so many features the site offers. If you switch to the Advanced Navigation at the top of the Navigation menu, you'll see a section titled My Business. From there select Invoice Tracking and create a new project. Once a project is created, you can click on the Invoice ID which is a link and that will take you to a page where you can start entering in new invoice items for that project as well as enter in Customer Information related to the project. You can then tie a new transaction to that Invice Project.
As far as the carry over feature, when you create a new budget item from the bottom of the page, you should see a Carry Over check-box. The carry over checkbox not appearing on the Add to Budget link is a bug that we've added to the to-do list.

newbie here, a few questions
I'm just getting my feet wet still, but stoked so far at how everything seems to be working. I am hoping to make it easier to see our business and personal finances all in the same place while still keeping them separate, and online is great so that my spouse can access it at any time as well.

I'm finding it's not as user friendly as I would like, but I'm working on figuring stuff out and am sacrificing on design/usability for features right now I guess with the hope that you guys are continuously working on everything and there is great stuff in BudgetTracker's future? =) I do have a few questions:

I was under the impression that you can make invoices in here somewhere? I'm not finding how. I am currently trialing the paid subscription, but I only am seeing how to track invoices.

In the budget section, when you add a budget amount to a category, for some reason the option to roll unused amount over to the next month is not available until you go back in to edit the category... that seems odd?

thanks for any help you can give me!
