This has been updated. Your costs will be calculated based on the quantity you've entered in your invoice times the price you've entered on the Product Inventory page. The Price is calculated based on the Quantity * Price on the Invoice page. Note that the profit totals do not include taxes or shipping since these should be offset by taxes and shipping costs.

Business Product Pricing
The use of Invoice Templates and Product Inventory info for using BT in a Business really needs a way to enter the "cost" and the "price" when entering a new product. Then profit can be calculated in the Sale. Is this asking more than you intend for Business use?
