Re:AutoSync
Please send an email to sync@budgettracker.com with the bank name and we can let you know if the bank is available. Most major US banks will be supported but if you have a credit union or home town bank, please send us an email first and we'll let you know. Also, if anyone has upgraded their subscription and then find the bank is not supported, please let us know and we can either look into having it added or refund the upgrade.
As far as transactions that get imported, we have some methods in place to try and make sure duplicate transactions don't appear but there may be duplicates showing up if the dates are different. We'll continue to work on improving this feature as feedback comes in. We are also building out an improved way to help rename imported transactions automatically.

AutoSync
Hello,

I probably missed it somewhere, but where do I find a list of which banks and credit unions are compatible with the new AutoSync feature? I need to decide if upgrading will work for me or not.

Also, I have a question about the autosync. Let's say that I have a check I want to manually enter to make sure I remember to leave enough money in my account until it clears. Then it clears two weeks later and the autosync downloads that transaction. Is there anyway for the software to be smart enough to realize the manual entry and the auto downloaded transaction is the same one, or would I end up with a double entry? I'm guessing a person either has to do either/or, go all manual for an account or autosync only?

Thanks,
Jack
