Yes, we are working on improving the recognition so that imported transactions will recognize manually created transactions and not create a duplicate transaction but if it does happen you can either decline the import or delete the manual transaction.

Thank you. So just to make sure I have the process, if I have a bill that automatically enters a transaction for me, when that matching transaction gets imported from my bank, I will then have 2 transactions. I mark the imported one as Reconciled, then delete the transaction that was entered from the bill?

Autosync now gets imported unreconciled so we leave it up to you to clear then reconcile it. We will be adding an option on the Settings page to automatically import them as cleared instead.

How is reconciling done?
If I enter a manual transaction, or say that I have a bill that auto-records the transaction for a date, when the account is synced with my bank, is it reconciled automatically? If so, based on what data? Amount, date, description?
