Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We did find a few instances where transactions were being recorded twice in your deleted section which should now be resolved. As far as deleting transactions, we do not do this automatically but there are processes throughout the site that will delete a transaction without you manually deleting it such as deleting an account, canceling a Bill, deleting a Payee, etc. Additionally, deleted transactions will only remain for up to 30 days and will then be removed from the site.

Deleted Transactions link
Hi, I see a "deleted transactions" link at the top of my transactions page. There are a ton of duplicate deleted transactions that I have not deleted from my transactions register. Where did these come from? They make me nervous as my balance dropped overnight without me doing anything in my transactions register. Is the system doing this on it's own? Please advise. Thank you in advance. Kathleen
