If you click on My Bills, you should see a link titled Bill Contacts. If you would like to add contact information to a bill, first click on the name of the bill, then you'll see a link called "more options...". This will allow you to enter in contact information for that bill.

WHAT HAPENED TO THE AREA TO PUT THE PAYEE ADDRESS, ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND SUCH? I HAVE TO MAIL OUT A PAYMENT AND EVERYTHING IS GONE...
