You should be able to just change your credit card on the PayPal site. If they cancel the subscription, we do not delete your data, you'll just need to resubscribe. If they do not cancel your subscription you wont need to do anything.

Ok great- but how do I resubcribe when it shows I already have a subscription- I dont want to say cancel and risk losing everything..?

All subscription are handled by either PayPal or Amazon so you'll need to login to their site to update your credit card. PayPal usually cancels the subscription however when you change your credit card so you may need to resubscribe.

Hi, I need to update the credit card I am using to pay for my subscription- how can I do this- I went to subscription and all it says is that I am already subscribed but I need to update the credit card you are using. thx
