Re:very concerned
We don't have an exact date yet but we're estimating around early March. Most of the focus will be on the setup process and more intuitive navigation. There will also be more guidance when entering in data and small features throughout the site.

Version 2? Wow, that's great! This is already a really nice product, I've almost completely made the transition from Quicken. It's just that much more intuitive and flexible.

So tease us a little - What's your expected date to roll out the new version? And what new features are you expecting to have in it?

Re:very concerned
Thank you for the feedback and we appreciate your concerns. We will be picking up the Message Boards updates again beginning in January. The majority of our work has been on a version 2 of BudgetTracker so we've held back on adding new features the second half of 2010.

Hi, I have to say that my biggest confidence in this product was that when I first started using it I saw that the customer service was exceptional and you were amazingly quick in answering questions and in adding features requested by customers, etc. Now there has been little to no activity for 6 months, nothing new on the blog, no updates or explanations of anything. That is really making me nervous to continue managing my finances here. I am wondering if you are just suddenly going to shut down and I will lose all the information I have been building... no explanation is not a good strategy, cause we are paying attention.
