If you click on My Transactions and edit the transaction that represents that bill, click Add To... and choose Future Budget. You can then choose the month you want your item to be applied to.

Paid last months bill this month
I paid a bill that was due in February in March. Now the bill is being showed as paid under the Bills section in February but is showing up in the March budget. How can I get this to show correctly?
