The Category Management page only shows the Categories and Sub-Categories that you've created. The default categories you see under Bills on the My Bills page are categories that you can add when creating a new bill and will then be added to your categories but are not part of your custom categories. This is also what you will see on the My Budget page.

Bills Categories
On the category management page, I am only able to see the Income Category and sub-categories and the one main category I created along with the sub-categories under that main one. I am not able to see or edit any of the other categories or sub-categories including all the entires listed under bills. Please help!!!
