Thank you for the feedback. We found an issue with Custom dates on the My Budget page which should now be resolved. As for the Income only transactions, we are unable to reproduce this on your account. Are you sure you are selecting an account that has expenses in them? If so, please email us the account name your referring to and the date range you are viewing at the time to service@budgettracker.com

Oh...I figured out that on My Transactions, the only transactions that will show up regardless of the reporting period are the deposit/income transactions. I cannot see any expenses under My Transactions.

Newbie needs help
I have just started using Budgettracker in June and I have several questions. Being new to this, I am quite sure most of my issues are user error, but I have committed to this software and want to use it properly.
1. When I go to "My Budget" and try to view June only, it shows July transactions anyway. June is selected and the custom dates say June1 - 30. It is "standard budget" and "monthly". Yet, the transactions I have entered already for July are showing up as "spent/deposited". They are shown along side the budget for June, so all the totals are off. How can I see only the month I want to see, and ONLY the transactions from the correct month? 2. When I go to "My budget" all of the totals of all my transactions appear to show up, and when I click on the "Spent/Deposited" link it shows each individual transaction here. But, when I go to "My Transactions" and try to see a summary of all the transactions, they are not all showing up. The total shows as if it is reading them from somewhere, but I do not see the itemized list. 3. Is there a tutorial anywhere, maybe with videos? I saw that there apparently used to be a blog that has not been updated since 2010, so I wasn't sure if the content would be current. I used the setup wizard, but probably did not follow it as closely. I skipped to budget categories when I started. Is there a tech support phone number I can call?
