If your Account B transaction has already been recorded before the import, you'll want to import the Account A transaction as a regular withdrawal, then go to My Transactions and edit the transaction to assign it as a transfer. If your Account B transaction has not yet been created, you can check the transfer checkbox when importing your transactions and the Account B transaction will be created for you.

In OFX import, how to set a transaction as a transfer operation from account A (selected in import process) to account B?
As well, how to set an imported transaction record (uncategorized) as an transfer?
