I go into My Bills -> Monthly Forecast. I click on Record, and it takes me to 'Record Transaction'. The Payee/Merchant is already showing because it is a bill that has been set up.

I click on 'Enter Transaction'. When I then look into My Transactions, sometimes the Payee has changed.

This also happens with Income. I'll give you an example from yesterday. I have an income transaction set up, with Payee/Merchant 'Child Tax Credits' so click on 'Record' and 'Enter Transaction'. When I look into My Transactions I couldn't find it. The Payee had been changed to Perth & Kinross Council, who are an organisation I never have income from, but pay bills to.

While I'm asking, the 'pay bills on due date instead' button, still records it on the current day.

Which page are you looking at these numbers on? If you go to My Transactions and update the filters to only show your CTC category and all accounts, we show that all of them come out of the same account. When you say "body" are you referring to an account?

Recurring transactions changing payee
I set up an income payment, and went in to show it being paid every four weeks. The money is from CTC. The payments appear in the correct account but a number of them show as being from another body, PKC. PKC is a body to whom I make payments, never used for income. Not sure why this is happening?
