The subscription issue should now be resolved. We've made sure existing subscribers are active until the end date of the subscription. When you have 14 days left in your subscription, you should see a message to update your credit card information instead of having to resubscribe.
As far as the mobile app. We've added pin logging to our todo list for the next release of iPhone app.

Should I wait to resubscribe until after the 30 days and will the "Limited User" go away once I am subscribed. I am using Chrome.
Also, on an unrelated topic, in regard to the mobile app, when I open it, it asks me for my 4 digit pin that I set up and then it asks me for my password to log in. Is there a way to set it up that if I enter my pin that I don't have to also put in my password too?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are in the process of switching payment gateways which will require a new subscription. We are however giving 30 days free when signing up for any used portion. Please describe the issue you are experiencing when trying to sign up. Also which browser are you using?

Monthly Subscription cut short
I paid for my subscription on 1/15/16 but it's now telling me that i'm a limited user. When i tried to click the subscribe button on the subscription sign up screen, it doesn't work.
