You can turn off the default categories by going to Settings and then look for Default Categories under Global Settings.
As for the number of subscribers, we are not sharing that information at this time but we appreciate your interest.

Delete Default Categories
Hey,
I have created my own categories for my budget. However, I can't delete the default ones. Can you please delete them? Some of mine our similar and if I am not paying attention I have placed a transaction in the default one rather than the one that I created.
