Our records show you signed up on March 12th. 14 days after March 12th would be March 26th. It appears there used to be a next due date bug showing November 30th instead of your March due date but that was fixed after your first email. Please let us know if you still see any issues with your account. We've went ahead and given you a partial credit of 4.95 for the inconvenience and notifying us about this issue.

I wanted to check on this again, after my last message the subscription date changed to 3/30/16. I was notified this morning that the charge was already take from my paypal account, please advise.

I am trying to confirm when my free standard trail ends. The subscription states BudgetTracker Subscription

I did not signup in November and did not receive an email when I started the trial. Please advise how to determine when my trial ends.
