We've moved a few of the links into their own sections titled My Banking and My Budget. We are still looking into the links under My Finances and may be moving those around a bit or renaming the Category title.

Thank you for the feedback. We agree the list is getting a bit long. We are looking into either creating new categories as you've suggested, or sub-categories under My Finances similar to the list you've given.

Reorganize "My Finances"
In the Navigation menu on the left, there are 28 sub-categories under "My Finances." That's just way too many, and makes it difficult to find what you are looking for. I'd suggest replacing "My Finances" with the following narrower top-level categories, and making a few other changes:
-- My Budget (Budget Worksheet, Categories, My Goals, My Income, My Bills, Stock Portfolio, I Owe You, My Credit, My Loans [combine those last three])
-- My Accounts (My Accounts, My Transactions, New Transaction, Transfer Funds)
-- Setup (Setup Wizard, Quick Entries, Quick Transaction [aren't these two pretty much the same thing?])
-- Download Data (Dowload Data, Import Transactions, Offline Transactions)
-- Keep one of the following and get rid of the other two, since they all seem to have the same purpose: My Home, My Info, Today
-- Change "Graphs" to "Graphs and Reports" and move Expense Report, Payees, Payment Summary, Financial Summary, Gas Mileage (derived from Transactions in My Accounts), and Tax Deductions (derived from Transactions in My Accounts) there.
