This is now complete. You'll now see a "Custom Applications" menu on the left navigation that will include all your existing custom made applications or ones you've added to your list. We've also removed all duplicate applications from the selection list to avoid confusion.

Re:Custom Applications
Since these are applications that could be created by users, there could potentially be duplicates to our existing applications. The left navigation utilizes some of these applications such as Work Out and all the applications under My School. You bring up a good point though in that it will make things confusing having duplicates. We've added to our to-do list the ability to filter through duplicates and remove them from the Applications list . We also plan on creating a Custom Applications folder in the left navigation which will show applications you've added and remove the added links section on the Custom Applications page.

Custom Applications
I'm confused. Under "Custom ApplicationS" (should be plural), there are several applications listed that seem to have the same purposes as applications that were already on the Navigation list, for example: Home Inventory, Contacts, Notes, Bills, Shopping List, New Years Resolution, Recipes, Tutoring, Books, Class Schedule, Tasks, and Work Out.
I can understand asking users to come up with NEW applications, and then giving them a "test drive" -- if other users like the feature and use it, it gets promoted to a "regular" application.
I don't understand listing "custom" applications that do the same things as existing "regular" applications.
