Thank you for the input. Our current system supports tieing the Contact Information to your Bill so adding an additional field to the My Contacts page titled Account Number should do the trick. What do you think? Another field for Contacts we'll be adding soon is Calling Card information so we'll probably implement both of these at the same time.

Thanks for the feedback. We've added this to our list of upcoming projects. We're looking into how to implement this without cluttering up the My Bills page since the account numbers could be rather long.

My Bills
When adding or updating bills, it would be useful, in my opinion, to have a specific field for the account number of that particular bill, not to be confused with the existing "Account" field, which refers to the bank account from which the bill is paid. This would be a nice way to keep all those account numbers handy, even while travelling. When the need arises to contact the company, the first thing they ask for is the account number. Thank you
