Re:Room for a notepad?
We have just implemented a beta version of your own personal Search Engine. This includes the ability to save links and notes with the added capability of doing searches and saving web pages while your browsing the web. We plan on adding more quick keys the list but take a look and try it out. Your notes can be tagged for categorizing data. Your feedback on what you like or dont like would be appreciated. Theres still a few bugs we need to work out but your welcome to try it out before we add it to the navigation menu:

Re:Room for a notepad?
We are currently working on a Note page that should be complete soon. Good idea about adding it to the calendar. We'll see what we can do about adding that functionality as well.

Room for a notepad?
In a website of increased complexity like this one, where the main idea is to keep track, I believe it would be extremely useful to include a notepad, perhaps even a diary, where one could jot down and save loose notes, reminders and other not easily classifiable material, to be kept by the user for future reference or until some or all of the data can be more definitely assigned to one of the existing categories. I am not sure that the current random notes window is sufficient for this purpose. As a way of organizing the material, the notes could be tied to the calendar, and a view of the calendar could indicate on what days a note has been created. I believe that, currently, the only place where unstructured text can be easily stored and retrieved is under tasks. Perhaps there is a better way. If so, I offer my suggestion as a first step in that direction. Thanks.
