The previous balance may just be your original starting balance for the account. To resolve the issue, from the My Transactions page under search, change the filters to only the account in question and then click show all transactions. This will allow you to see a running balance starting from 0 to see how the total balance was calculated. From there you should be able to pinpoint which transaction is causing your balance to be off.

Start Up
In my Accounts I entered my bank info, giving the current balance on Beginning day, entered my new data, went to other sections to add pertinent info and when I returned to my bank acct., my new balance was added to the original entry, showing that instead of having less money in the bank, I had more. The first entry in the list now had a previous balance, which didn't exist. How do I correct this?
