Since the 1rst and 15th are specific days of the month, you need to set up two different Income Entries. One for the 1rst and one for the 15th. You can then change the amounts individually. If the payment changes, you can enter an average then adjust it when clicking "pay bill" or "record income"

More info on income
Could someone explain a little more on what to do when you get paid on the 1st and 15th? Thats how I get paid but the amount almost is never the same. how do I set this up. BTW this is my 2nd visit to the site so I'm still learning.
