Yes, It's not the budget that I am having issues with. It's when I allocate everything for one month, it is copied to the following months, which I don't always want the same but if I change a future month, it changes the previous month(s) also which I am not done with July, so I don't want it changed, but want to allocate August now. Thank you for your help!

The overwrite feature should allow you to do what you need. If you want a new amount going forward but leaving the past budget amounts alone, you can set the Number of Recurrences to "Unlimited". This will change the amount for all months going forward. You can then change it again if needed by creating a new Unlimited Overwrite amount. Has anything new come of this? I am having a really hard time because I want to allocate for August, which is slightly different than July because I paid a few bills twice in July but only need to once from now on, but when I start allocating for August it changes my July and I still want to go back to my previously allocated/budgeted months. I know how to overirde the budget. It's the repeating allocations or changing the previous budget when allocating the new, that I have trouble with. Thank you! Loving this product!

Lock Budget?
Do you think it would be a good idea to have an option to "lock" past month's budgets so when we make changes to future months, the past budget amounts, structure, etc. will not change and we still have a record of what we did earlier? Thanks!
