Under the recurrence if you choose weekly, you can then select every forth Wednesday. It looks like you currently have it setup as monthly which may be the issue. Please let us know if this works for you.

Adjusting Month
Can I adjust the month- My main income comes in the 4th Wednesday of every month on not on the 1st. This is making my monthly data split between two months.
