i tried several times and it does not work i cant add new customers....i think something is not workin on that link...let me know when it is fixed thanks.

Here is a list of steps for creating an invoice:
Create an invoice template by clicking "New Entry" and give it a name, the due date, whether it's an invoice or estimate, etc and be sure to enter an Invoice ID.
Once entered, click on the Invoice ID link and you will be taken to the Invoice Entry page.
From here, start by selecting the "Select Customer" drop down and choose "Add Customer". You should then see a box show up where you can enter the name and address of the customer. Then click the "Add Customer" button and it will now show up in the selected dropdown.
At the bottom on the same page click the "Add new row" button to add a new entry to your invoice.
Click on the description, quantity, and price links to modify the entry. You can also update the tax rate and shipping for that invoice.
Once your entries are complete click the "back to template list" link at the top of the page.
When the invoice gets paid, click the "Record Payment" link for this invoice and a transaction will get entered which is tied to this invoice.
