First click the Budget name to as if you were editing your budget sub-category. Just above the update form, you should see a link titled "Override Amount". This will take to you to the override page for that budget sub-category. We might add a link on all budget amounts to take you directly to the override page in the next release.

Re:Budget Carry Over
I don't see any override feature link. Can you tell me where it is?
Thank you!

Re:Budget Carry Over
It basically will create an override for the that month only the same way you override an existing budget amount for a month. Only the amount of the override will take into account the existing budget amount + the amount left from the previous month. If you click the budget link to update it and click the override feature link, you'll see the amount entered there.

Re:Budget Carry Over
When it carries over to the next month, how does it handle the information when you get to the next month? What I mean is, if I have left over monies in subcategory X at the end of September and I have the automatically carry over feature checked, when October rolls around and I look at Subcategory X, is it supposed to let me know in some way that an amount was carried over from September? Shouldn't it add or subtract from that available balance for that subcategory? Could you explain what you guys intended for this feature to do. Thanks!

Re:Budget Carry Over
Thank you for the feedback. The carry over feature will handle both positive/negative amounts but is a one time carry over feature. We are looking into adding the abilty to have a continuous carry-over until the amount has zeroed out.

Budget Carry Over
This may or may not be a bug. I expected to see the amount carried over from the previous month (be that negative or positive) in the total available column of the subcategory it is associated with. Am I misunderstanding the purpose of the budget carry over feature? Because otherwise i do not see anything being carried over from the previous month.
