Re:Syncing not Syncing right
Ok, first I was able to add Discover...thanks! Next, when I first entered my chase account, I used the provider 'Chase Credit Card', and that worked. I had deleted it, but whenever I tried adding it back is when this problem occurred. Since you've added the error messages, now when I try I get the "Your provider already exists" message. But I didn't see it in My Accounts, however, I chose to SHOW the closed accounts, and there was one there, but the last 4 of the account # were wrong (not my chase), and I don't know what account it is and can't remove it. The autosync symbol is grayed out and all my existing providers are accounted for and correct.
If I try to add chase but use wrong credentials, I get that my user/password is incorrect, which is right. there were a few times were it said added successfully but it never showed up.
Hope that helps.

Re:Syncing not Syncing right
We've been seeing some issues when Chase Bank is selected. Try adding Chase Credit Cards instead even if your adding a checking account. We've also added in some new error messages if it fails so please let us know if it still doesn't add it and what the error you are seeing is.

Re:Syncing not Syncing right
Here are the steps:
1.Type in 'chase' or 'discover' in the provider 2. Select Chase Credit Card or Discover Card 3. Enter login information 4. Click add account
Result is always displays the blank provider box again. Sometimes it will act as though it's trying to do something, other times not.

Re:Syncing not Syncing right
Thank you. We are looking into the accept/deny issue. For other providers, are you now able to see a dropdown appear for the accounts? Or is it not accepting the login information?

Re:Syncing not Syncing right
Still having problems syncing. Today all my transactions are asking to accept /deny the import. They are old transactions that weren't manually entered and I accepted all of them yesterday.
Also, I can't seem to set up any autosync providers now. I can't setup Discover, or Chase, which I had previously set up but removed and now I can't add it back.
Could this be a firefox issue? I might try IE.

Re:Syncing not Syncing right
Note, this did happen on most of my accounts (checking, mortgage, money market, and savings). It didn't happen on credit cards.

Re:Syncing not Syncing right
The hover you mentioned was correct, but It was on the My Transactions screen for my Checking account. The running total was incorrect. I had to fix this by looking at my bank's running total right before the first transaction that BT imported, and had to set the 'opening balance' to that, and it seems to be fine. A little weird, I know.

Re:Syncing not Syncing right
When a new account is created, the opening balance will be reflected off of what the bank balance is showing. If you hover your mouse over an account, this is the balance we have according to your bank. Is this the balance that is not showing up right? Once the account is created however, we do not modify the opening balance so to determine if your balance according to BudgetTracker is off, set the filter on My Transactions to Show All so you can determine if there are any duplicate transactions brought in to throw off your balance. If you are seeing the accept/deny transaction applied to an existing transaction, this is for transactions that were entered in manually and then recognized as an existing transaction. Once you accept, it shouldn't show up again on the next sync. If you manually refresh your account autosync, the accept should not appear again. Please let us know if this is happening.

Syncing not Syncing right
When I try to sync my accounts (checking, money market, mortgage), the balances are off from what my credit union says, I originally fixed it by adjusting the 'opening balance' in the account settings, but after syncing again this morning, they are off. There must be an issue with opening balance or something. I had to do with with all accounts except my credit cards. It's pretty annoying because I can't trust it, but it's probably just a small bug.
When I manually synced this morning, I had to re-accept all my transactions again. Is that right?
