The filter is only for your Bills Forecast. The list will still show all Bills. The main reason is that if you have an account filter set and create a new Bill under a different account, you wont see it show up i the list once saved which might confuse people. In a future release we may add a feature that pops up a message box when a new bill is saved warning users that it will not show up since a filter is set so we can filter down the bills list as well.

Filter not working on Bills Page
The new filter that was just added doesn't seem to be working. I go to Bills, then the Bills List tab, no matter what I choose from the Filter it continues to show all accounts.
