You will now see a Payee Rules button at the top of the page which all imported files will use for setting up your rules. This will check for blank entries as well.

Re:CSV.file Import Issue
I found the problem. In the "Confirm import" screen, I had empty rules. When I deleted that empty rules, everything went right.
The empty rules were created by just selecting a csv file and pressing "Add name and resubmit" button.
Please devels, do not allow empty rules.

Re:CSV.file Import Issue
At the top of the Payee column, did you select "Pay To"? If not, please make sure you have selected the type of column. If you did select Pay To, please send an attachment of your .csv file to support@budgettracker.com so we can investigate your issue.

CSV.file Import Issue
Having trouble with CSV files not porting correctly..the transactions import however they appear as untitled which requires me to find them in the budget and rename.. I tried importing twice making sure the pay to field is correct, but still receive the same results. This happens on PC using Firefox web browser.. I also encounter issues with CSV files when importing on a Mac..The import for each transaction is on one line..similar to what you would see is if you pasted to excel as html
