At the bottom of the page, make sure that Transactions per page is set to "All Transactions". This will show you the running balance from the opening date until the current month so you can see how your totals were added up. Also remember that the sub-total is not your balance, its just a total amount of all transactions on the page.

Re:change in balance
Since the reason for the change in my balance has not been found, I zeroed out my accounts and started over. My balance from May 2009 to mid March is still off by thousands.

Re:change in balance
That was my last paycheck deposit. It is supposed to be there. The balance is off as far back as May 2009, and this just happened. The only thing I have done was update my transactions this weekend, and I attempted to clear out some payees off the list. I went back and put them back after I noticed the balances were messed up after this. It was fine on Sunday, then when I checked on Monday I was thousands richer for some reason. I have checked back over all of the deposits back to May, and nothing is out of order. The large deposits around the 20 of each month are paychecks.

Re:change in balance
This was addressed in your Help section topic. It looks like you have a large deposit on March 19th which is causing your balance to increase. We've updated your transactions to descending order to make it easier to see.

Re:change in balance
My transactions are all correct. It is both checking accounts that this has happened in. The change in balance shows up in June 2009 out of nowhere. I hate to have to start all over.

Re:change in balance
It sounds like you may have auto record turned on in My Income. Try going to My Transactions and make sure show all is selected and verify any recent transactions that may be appearing.

change in balance
When I logged into my account last night, I found myself thousands of dollars richer. I am not sure what has happened to the balance in my accounts. They are way off. It was all accurate when I updated everything on Saturday. I have checked for any errors that I might have made, and I have not found anything. Please help!
