If you edit your Income item, you'll see you have 2 of your splits being deposited into those accounts. If your deposit to is checked, it will first take care of your split income, then create a separate transfer of the split amount. To resolve this, try unchecking the "deposit to" when editing your income.

Re:Paycheck split
Thank you. Now the deductions are working properly. But I also have a transfer into my 401k and into my fsa set up as tax/deductions and automatic transfers to those accounts. This makes the net deposit to my checking show up correctly in the paycheck detail, but when I record the deposit, those two figures are showing as deposited into my checking account, and then also showing as negative entries in the corresponding accounts. What have I done wrong?
Thanks

Paycheck split
Hi
I am trying to enter my paycheck with a paycheck split. When I set it up in myincome, on the detail screen I've entered the gross income and added splits with tax/deduction marked for taxes, 401k etc. The net amount on the detail page matches what is net deposited into my account. But when I go to the summary page or try to record the income, only the first three categories (and the 7th for some reason) are being deducted from the total.
