Thank you for the feedback. This appears to be an issue with Unix not able to display dates past 2038 otherwise known as a y2k38 bug. We are looking into options to resolve this issue.

This looks a lot better, however after December 2037 the date reverts to 1969 and the calculations break again.
NB. I have a 30 year loan that will complete in 2041

Issue with Pay Down Schedule calculations
I've notice a couple of issues with the caluclation of the Pay Down Schedule for my Home Loan. (Payments made monthly)
1. The 'Interest' figure seems to be calculated with a divisor of 10 instead of 12. 2. The 'Amount Due' figure does not incorporate any interest accrued during the period giving a false perception of the speed of the Pay Down.
