The default account cannot be deleted, it can only be hidden or renamed. It looks like you've hidden this account when going to Settings which is why it doesn't show up in My Bills.

Delete Default Account
There's no option under Account settings to delete the "default" account. All other accounts on my list have checkboxes except the default account. I can delete all my accounts except the default.
I'm trying to use bill setup to use the default account but it doesn't show up in the Account Paid From pull down option menu. I had to create another account to use but I want to reset my default account.
