Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears this was happening on some Android devices which should now be corrected.

No Decimals in Mobile Transactions
When entering a new transaction on the mobile version of the site, no decimal appears on the keyboard, so you cannot enter an accurate amount. Not sure how this passed QA/QC...
