When you make the payment, are you going to Loans and clicking the "record" link? Or are you entering the transaction from the New Transaction page? If you already have the transaction created, go to My Loans and click on the "record" link, then at the top you should see "pay with existing transaction". We attempt to auto mark these as paid when a new transaction is entered but if the amount or date is off a bit of what your loan recurrence is, it may not have gotten caught. We will also be implementing an easier way to find the ability to pay with an existing transaction.

Loan Account Payments Not Registering
My loan account bill payments are not registering. I am paying the bills, but it is still showing as unpaid. Please take a look when you get a chance. Thank you.
