Re:Transaction Forecast Displaying Blank Report
Thank you for the feedback. We're still unable to reproduce a blank page so for so it's not due to traffic or amount of data. When you say go to the next period, are you referring going to the following month?

Re:Transaction Forecast Displaying Blank Report
Hi,

I tried 1 hour ago and it worked fine, so I worked away loading data (not huge volumes at all), and now have gone to check the updated forecast and it's not working again.

Please investigate, as this is not an issue at my end for internet connection (I have fiber optic), and to be honest, high traffic volumes shouldn't be of my concern. Your website should be able to cater for fluctuating traffic volumes.

Please advise asap as the main reason I need your site is for the forecasting report!

Thanks.

Re:Transaction Forecast Displaying Blank Report
Thank you for the feedback. We are investigating the issue. When we tried to load your account it appears to be working fine so this may possibly due to either a slow connection or viewing during high traffic times. Please let us know if you are still seeing this issue since we havent yet been able to reproduce this yet. Also try to filter on an account and see if it still happens for you.

Transaction Forecast Displaying Blank Report
Hi,

A couple of weeks ago, my transaction forecast stopped working. It now sometimes brings up the forecast for the current month, but when I change to the next period, it comes up blank, and then I can't even reload the current period which was working earlier.

I have tried in multiple browsers in case it was a Firefox issue, but it's also happening in Chrome and Safari.

This seems to be an intermittent fault. Please help. I am on a mac if that makes any difference in debugging the problem.

Thanks,
Dave.
