Since you also mentioned Firefox, we'll assume you are using the mobile browser and not the App. If you're on iOS, we'd recommend using our mobile version at mobile.budgettracker.com. You can also search the app store for BudgetTracker and use our mobile app as well. This should give you a better experience. Since our desktop version has so many extra features that we haven't yet been able to add to our mobile platform, we don't yet automatically redirect users to the mobile site experience but hope to do so in the near future.

Missing transactions on iOS
OK this is more strange too, only on iOS browsers (Firefox and Safari) I am missing a transaction from one of my accounts that is throwing off the balance. BUT, that transaction is there on the PC. I don’t see any filters, so not sure why it would be missing
