Thank you for trying BudgetTracker. The notification email is sent to the email you initially signed up with as a courtesy in case you forget to cancel your subscription. We advise users that did not intend to sign up for an additional year to simply request a refund. We'll go ahead and submit this request for you.

The same thing just happened to me!! I didn't get any notification or anything that I'd be charged! Also, very angry.

We apologize for the inconvenience. When signing up we let users know that this is a recurring subscription and send out a courtesy email 30 days before the next yearly payment is due. We'll go ahead and refund your recent payment.

Unwanted autorenewal of subscription
I paid for a year long subscription and then cancelled the subscription because you did an autorenewal and just took my money for another year and I didn't want more money taken from me in a year's time without me asking. You should at least give me the rest of the year that I paid for. Please get back to me- I'm quite angry about this.
