Do you have an account selected in your filters? The chart will only appear when an account is filtered.

Doesn't look like it a caching issue, chart is not visible on My Transactions page at all.

Chart by account to work like Chart by sub-category
Clicking on a chart in the "by sub-category" mode (from Overview page) lists transactions in a grid to the bottom. But clicking on a chart in the "by account" mode (from My Transactions page) just selects a pie chart part. Please list transactions too.
