This worked great, thanks for the speedy response. This was a huge problem when I switched from Microsoft Money to Quicken and as far as I know has never been corrected, their response was really that it was no issue for their users.
I really like what I see in the product so far.

If you go to Settings and scroll down to Filter Running Balance, you should be able to see your running balance instead of the running total.
As far as the subscription, this was a temporary issue when switching payment providers for our legacy customers which should now be resolved.

Reconciled balance
I am a old Microsoft money user and was forced over to Quicken.
One of my biggest contentions is that after reconciling an account if you hide the reconciled items from view the account balance is off. The only way to see the actual balance is to leave all items in view. Quicken does the same thing.
I am also concerned of the issues where subscriptions are lost and customer service has to be involved to reactivated, subscriptions cut short, and over billing.
Please advise, I am in the trial period and these items are a huge concern.
