Upgraded but not :-( I paid the upgrade fee using paypal. I got my receipt. The page said I was upgraded. But at the top of the site, it still shows me as a limited user and my account it still locked out of the various full features. How long should I wait? I have already tried logging out and back in.

importing bank info I've tried to download transaction history from my bank account, It seems to download alright but when I try to import the info into budget trcker it doesn't seem to import any information.

Checking Transactions, Deposits and Expenses I have entered both Deposit and Expense transaction in my checking acct. When I call up the transactions I can see the deposits but not the expense transactions?? Thanks.

Income and Budget I have two incomes in "My Income" and I've clicked "Tied to Budget" for both of them. I recently got paid so I marked one of the incomes as "recorded." When I look at my budget though, the income amount does not appear. Thoughts anyone?

Do I have to pay twice I started budgettracking on my ipad and want to put it on my home computer. I had more than 10 bills and I paid for the subscription last night with a credit card from my ipad. D I have to pay again for my home computer. Can I link the two together and how do I do this?

Newbie needs help I have just started using Budgettracker in June and I have several questions. Being new to this, I am quite sure most of my issues are user error, but I have committed to this software and want to use it properly.

general questions on Credit/Loan transactions I am not quite sure that I understand the transactions that I record for Credit Card or Loan. Ok, here I go.. I have a Credit Card account. When I use it and register an expense transaction I would use one of my budget categories. I will see these transactions as expenses for the current month from my credit card account. So far so good.. Next month I have a payment to this credit card.

Mobile sync Are we intending to have the existing data from the web site populate the mobile app? Some of your default categories on the mobile app are ones which I use on the web, and nothing seems to sync - Just shows zeros. I do have the sync option activated.
