Need to have a way to use an existing contact and create a bill.
This causes an absolute mess! Imagine what we could do with this ONE feature added.... reports, taxes, cleaner records, and the ability to have all of the information about a payee in ONE place!! I'm not sure why you have done it the way you have but it absolutely isn't even logical. Please look into fixing this issue.

I have made payment through Yahoo account last year . This year I want to make payment directly through credit card . How do I do that ?

Irregular Income
I do some consulting on the side and there are some months that I make money and some months that I don't. I added this income with a zero amount since I don't know how much and when I will be receiving it. I added income to it for the month of January and in the budget it looks like it reduced my total income by the amount added. How can I correct this?

Hi, I have to say that my biggest confidence in this product was that when I first started using it I saw that the customer service was exceptional and you were amazingly quick in answering questions and in adding features requested by customers, etc. Now there has been little to no activity for 6 months, nothing new on the blog, no updates or explanations of anything. Select Payee dropdown
Hello,
when I go to Select Payee drop down and choose Update Payees options I am brought to the page which lists the payees. All good so far. But when I choose to delete a duplicate payee I get the following warning: "Deleting this payee will also delete all Transactions with this name. Are you sure you wish to continue?"
The thing is I want the transactions to stay. I only intend to clea

Transactions disappear
I've entered all my upcoming transactions for the month however, the next time I log on to BudgetTracker, some of these transactions are gone and I have to reenter them. What am I doing wrong?

Can I show different row colors for negative and positive running balance totals?
I am trying to see how I can clearly see when my account has a negative balance in the transaction tab. Is there any way I can show a row color like red for negative running total balances, and blue for positive running total balances? It doesn't have to be red and blue, just different colors that can be used to differentiate between negative and positive running balances.

Will I be reimbursed a prorated rate if I purchased the annual subscription?
I liked this program at first and thought it could help me track my budget, but after using it for a little while I am finding it to be way too clumsy and cumbersome to maintain. I purchased an annual subscription and would like to know if I can be reimbursed at a prorated rate if I cancel my account now? Thank you.
