I don't use the system categories and use my own instead. However I still want to be able to use the budget tie facility. Can you tell me how to do this, because whever I click 'custom' from the drop down box on the budget spreadsheet page, it just takes me to the category page with no option of adding them to a custom budget tie.

Transactions disappear I've entered all my upcoming transactions for the month however, the next time I log on to BudgetTracker, some of these transactions are gone and I have to reenter them. What am I doing wrong?

Can I show different row colors for negative and positive running balance totals? I am trying to see how I can clearly see when my account has a negative balance in the transaction tab. Is there any way I can show a row color like red for negative running total balances, and blue for positive running total balances? It doesn't have to be red and blue, just different colors that can be used to differentiate between negative and positive running balances.

Will I be reimbursed a prorated rate if I purchased the annual subscription? I liked this program at first and thought it could help me track my budget, but after using it for a little while I am finding it to be way too clumsy and cumbersome to maintain. I purchased an annual subscription and would like to know if I can be reimbursed at a prorated rate if I cancel my account now? Thank you.
Sub Catagoies does not have capability to change multiple transactions at once When importing transaction statements (CVC file ext) the sub-catagories does not appear, and or will not allow me to select multiple line items at one time to change as needed. I have set my transaction settings up as mentioned on an e-mail. What I am have been doing is click on the down menu and name each one at a time. VERY VERY time consuming.
